@Brunus I think you can already see the issue. You are probably b1 or b3 deficient (energy drinks contain it)
Plus I will recommend removing oj

In regards of feeling good try drinking tahiti lemon juice. It makes me extremely happy and more extrovert.
But high and prolonged consumption may cause some stomach problems.
Im trying to find a way to drink it more often without such problems (shit burning the ass because of acidity - i think) -
In regards to energy.
Eating salty potato puree with butter before sleeping makes me wake up extremely energetic.
I dont do this often because butter is expensive where i live and i am poor.Licking 1 to 2 spoon of sugar before bed makes my dreams extremely vivid.
Sleeping in a complete dark room makes sleep more restful. If there be any source of light or reflex when i wake up my eyes feels extremely tired.
If your nose feels stuck and your respiration congested which impacts sleep you can do some exercise to correct your posture.
I discovered by myself an exercise which i dont know if it apllies to others which helped me correct my posture and made my respiration better.
Exhale the air, the chest will go inward, the head upward, shoulders a little upward, the spine will reajust too, and you abs will tense a little. Maintain this state and resumes your respiration maintaining the muscles, spine, abs, head in place.
I feel that maintaining the respiration short gives better results.

@lobotomize-me con you please give more details on oj acting as anti thyroid? I never thought of it and I wonder whether now I feel better and less bloated as oranges are not in season and I can't get on. Thanks!
