growing taller, is it even possible?
-
i am so fucking pissed seeing tall people and i am not even short it annoys me so much i got good metabolism blood markers etc and still there is one thing in life i cannot surpass them in . fucking hell this so fucking annoying that your body places a limiter on you on something it should try to maximize

spine straightening, better posture, boots or higher shoes but don't over-do that; confidence and strength all make height fade a bit.
-
I'm not tall, but androgenic things (lately it's been "semen retention") make me care a lot less about it.

Someone once asked Ray about this:
Post in thread 'Ray Peat Email Advice Depository'
https://lowtoxinforum.com/threads/ray-peat-email-advice-depository.1035/post-685875Q: I don’t understand?
What allowed you to gain height in your 80s is it the high calcium diet and good thyroidd function
A: I think it started in my 40’s when I first supplemented thyroid, DHEA, and progesterone. I think spending time later in high altitude Mexico helped the process. -
@16characterstwas the dhea is best to take in small amounts and with progesterone. For example 1mg dhea with 8 mg progesterone. Topically preferably. See other posts discussing it.
Also thyroid in small amounts and with food. For example, 1/16th of a Cynomel tablet. And only gradually increase over weeks/months if necessary. There are other posts discussing it. -
