I developed a cyst in my breast about 7 years ago when I was on the pill. Went straight off it and can’t believe I ever agreed to it now! Anyway, every couple years it fills with fluid and I have to have it aspirated under ultrasound. Any options or knowledge about how I could naturally delete the cyst? Perhaps this has zero relevance here, worth a shot.

@Shar_to_the_dae Ray Peat has mentioned Progest-E as being able to break up and get rid of cysts, including breast cysts. I think that is probably a good route to explore. He has said that breast cysts have disappeared after just one big dose applied topically to the region.

@jens I have literally just received my order for progest-e, I had no idea about the benefits regarding cysts. Thank you so much, I will report back.

@michaelobrien I have tried it a few times when it’s been painful. It does help the pain but it hasn’t shrunk the cyst. I did a mega dose once but I just felt I was wasting the progest-e.

@GlucoseGal Have you measured blood estrogen levels when its enlarged or painful?

@PissBoy I haven’t but it does enlarge during the higher estrogen part of my cycle. So that’s a good point.
