@James Carrot salad doesn’t help me either, I find oat bran in the morning really helps. But also increasing your fruit intake, fresh & dried. People often say that well cooked mushrooms & bamboo shoots are a better way to produce a bowel movement.

Looking outside yourself, consider joining a social activity or even volunteering in some way. Creative hobbies, especially learning something new, like painting for example. These things are usually what’s missing when I fall into a rut. Often it’s too much consumption and not enough output.

@kyrre Not really Peaty, look at your Calcium to Phosphorus ratio. Chicken isn’t a Peaty meat. And such a lack of nutrients. Could try some gelatinous cuts instead for chicken breast.

Intestinal worms
Hi, does anyone know of a good protocol to remove intestinal worms/parasites? The situation requires more action than Dr Peats carrot salad. Open to any alternative approaches as it’s for my husband and 2 year old.

@nicemushroom17 I would agree completely, same happened to me after breaking my leg last year. I was perfect health before that, then suddenly hypothyroidism and so many ailments. It became an obsession.
