Can’t digest sugar - SIBO/canida
-
Yea I’m basically starving and eating carnivore I was forcing sugar for the longest time but it really fucks up my gut.
Not sure how to get to a point where I can tolerate it
I’m trying to compensate with potato’s and rice
But I’m basically eating low carb low calorie
Which is fucked
I can only process meat and salt and water
I have SIBO / canida -
Hi,
Candida and fungus tactics
highlighting.
Here is what I said to a forumer (see link underneath)
We need to structure before beginning, structure in terms of strategy.
We hit the nail on the head again and again: Just because it’s good doesn’t mean it’s right to do it. It must be organized and coordinate to avoid withdrawal (protection) behind a biofilm. It’s during the first attack that the opportunistic bacteria/yeasts must be weakened.
We hammer/ cosh them, kick them off or shoot them down. Afterwards we consolidate and finally we have to occupy the place with probiotics.
NB: Get informed on Herxheimer crisis when LPS toxins will saturate the liver. Or you'll panic + stress ...
In summary: Weaken – kick and push out.
Coordinated and planned tactic, which results in a structured scheme:
Weaken (deprivation of resources but not complete abstinence)
Organize to knock out (limiting the ability to adapt)
Machin-gun (with increased die-off) + assistance to evacuate LPS endotoxins
Consolidation (nutrients useful to ensure diversification of commensal bacteria).
Occupy the place (diversified menus and possible contributions of specific strains depending on the terrain).

Vocabulary:
SIFO => Fungus / fungi (contamination with yeast)
SIBO => Bacteria (contamination by bacteria, without yeast)- Sifo = presence of fungal opportunist(s) or in the form of yeast (dismorphism) +... other species that may be related to bacteria or microorganisms
- Sibo = the same thing but without the fungal element.

NB: Of course, if you suffer from gut irritation, you’re not starting with adding insoluble fibers. Rather soup.
We need first to calm down the overexpression / the overgrowth of some bacteria where they shouldn’t be.
In summary: Weaken – kick and push out.
NB: Do not starve the creature, but keep it on a leash. Otherwise, it will secrete toxins and it could be painful. -
I'm waiting for my order to arrive, but I will start a Candida treatment plan soon. The plan is to rotate 2-3 antifungals, and also take NAC as a biofilm disruptor and activated charcoal as a biner.

You need to get informed on how to deal with Herxheimer crisis (healing crisis), how to manage LPS toxins.

@gg12 lreuteri preferably fermented in coconut milk (optional : add extra glycerol) produces high amount of reuterin which is a potent antibiotic
-
@lobotomize-me - Reuteri yogurt is a very good suggestion. I have been making it since Nov 2023. I have it for breakfast.
@gg12 - There are videos on YouTube describing how to make the Reuteri containing yogurt. Search YouTube for "SIBO yogurt".
The theory behind how and why it works for SIBO is that pharmaceutical antibiotics can permanently disrupt the balance of bacteria in the GI tract and the naturally occurring reuteri that resides in the small intestine is one of the bacterial species that is permanently lost (along with other species). The imbalance of bacteria creates a situation that allows bacteria that normally only reside in the colon and large intestine to spread or "overgrow" into the small intestine, thus the term SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth).
The reuteri yogurt reintroduces the lost species and some balance is restored. Digestive issues associated with the imbalance are resolved within about 30 - 45 days. Unfortunately, if you stop eating the yogurt the digestive issues return over time.
