Vitamin D3 and sunlight makes skin and hair issues worse.

I've been dealing with dry flaky skin, hair loss, itchy scalp, dry eyes, loss of pigment in hair and face looks a little bit gray.
Added vitamin A in last week and it was helpful for all these symptoms then eventually added vitamin D3 and noticed it made things worse again. Also I've noticed getting sunlight makes my hair and dry flaky skin worse.
Another thing is I notice B vitamins also have a big effect on my skin/hair too. Folate gives me acne and B6 makes all my skin/hair problems worse. My skin shows it when I eat enriched foods or if I'm consuming OJ.

Try taking calcium About 15 minutes Before vitamin D and see if that makes a difference.
Vitamin B6 needs B2 to function, so you could try that as well.
