Thoughts on High/Unlimited carbs + very low fat ?

Something like 400 gram carbs or more + 5 gram total fat + below 1 gram PUFA ?

@Ray-Peat-Fanboy I would suggest to have at least 30 g of fat for the hormones production. Even if you will low fat milk you will get about 10 - 20 grams of fat a day.
But otherwise yes, high carb + low fat is a good approach.

@Ray-Peat-Fanboy wouldn’t go lower than 40g fat, don’t want to tank your hormones.

Very large amount of potatoes considering potatoes are one of the lowest fat sources of carbs you could possibly find. Potatoes can have up to 10 - 30 times less fat than bread or pasta per weight.
Lots of white sugar/coca cola . Sugar is litteraly 0 gram fat.
1 quart of 0,1 % or 0,2 % ultra low fat milk

@Ray-Peat-Fanboy this was the basis of my peat intervention. While I would sometimes crave higher fat, eating more meat to deliver it was unpleasant. Since adding a daily egg nog consisting of 2 cups whole milk and 6 egg yolks, and 1 cup of cane sugar, temps up, libido up, feel more calm. This does represent a good portion of total daily calorie intake.
