      my preworkout:

      40g protein from lean protein (white fish usually) with rice and cooked veg and 2g eggshell

      30-45 min after meal and prior to starting exercise:

      300mg magnesium from mag bisglycinate
      2g glycine
      180mg ttfd
      75mcg biotin
      500mg niacinamide
      25mg riboflavin
      1mg cyproheptadine
      8mcg t3
      2-4mg nicotine gum

      intra/post workout:
      1L skim milk
      20g protein from whey
      10g collagen peptides
      4.5g creatine
      2tablespoons sugar
      1tablespoon dextrose
      1/2 teaspoon salt

      thoughts?????

                @sunsunsun niacinamide saps methyl groups, if you want to take that much niacinamide balance it with TMG so you arent draining methyl groups

                    @sunsunsun overkill, but I haven't tried it. If you feel good on it, great, but if you feel nothing, it's probably because you are a young lad, and you don't need any of this - just adding this stuff creates imbalances as @beriberi said.
