1´000´000 IU of vitamin D (25mg)+ 25 mg of vit K (mk4) to declacify pineal gland and reverse aging?

Because vit D can cause calcification, I’d be cautious of it’s overuse, but with blood tests, you may find what most people do — that it’s often low. Of course you know, take it with K. Peat also said to take it with calcium. It will directly cause an elevation in pth without presence of calcium. He actually mentioned that in the context of vit D causing poor sleep — and sure enough I was able to sleep at night taking D if I took calcium.
I read on rpf, that oral vit d messes with bile production (supplement doses), and since then I’ve used vit D in ethanol from idealabs. I even feel like it was @Mauritio if he wants to chime in (it was a long time ago).
Given most people today have had vitamin deficiencies of all kinds since birth, I’ve come to a theory: get them to peripheral tissues fastest. I have a theory that wherever you’re itching, you may have a local deficiency, and should apply some anti estrogenic vitamins there (d/e/k/a).
deficiencies symptoms often can have a tendency to manifest in extremities first
This guy and many others got bad calcification and/or electrical symptoms from milk and/or sunlight and/or VD supplementation or a mixed of it, K2 didnt solve it in his case.

@LetTheRedeemed by what mechanism would vit D ever cause an increase in PTH if its present without calcium?
also isnt it that oral doses fuck up bile production bcus of shyt like microcrystaline cellulose and other fillers or is it 100% sure vit d by itself??

No, I think vitamin D actually helps with bile excretion.
I often tell people to take calcium before vitamin D . Maybe that was it. -
@hwisdom then why are you posting things in such a manner
-
@Mauritio it wasn't you then, but I remember someone posting
a s t u d ygood to know, maybe I won't be too paranoid about it in the future
-
@hwisdom idk, I guess it's calcium demand.

@user1 look bro my point is that stuff like avoiding alcohol flouridated water and grounding are stuff that wouldnt rlly get to the core, bcus the reason why flouride even rapes ur pineal gland in the first place is that flouride quite literally destroyes the molecules of thyroid, hence causing calcification. So if u wanna decalcify it then the goal should be to optimize metabolic rate + taking obscene care of ones biology, which is the reason why ion give a fuck abt cookie cutter shit like avoiding alcohol
also I gotta say, what makes you think that Ion have my own special dreams of my own? I dream daily (although alotta times meaningless) and its not uncommon for me to have prophetic dreams which have been proven to come true time and time again. I know EXACTLY what the future holds for me. I also met multiple prophetic and religious figures (king solomon, prophet Muhammad PBUH like at least 3 times so far, maybe 5 if I truly wanna glaze myself and stretch it out)
as for the selenium, 1 brazil nut quite literally has the same amount of selenium as more than a gallon of milk so yea theres that, doesnt matter if 1 brazil nut has 95mcg and the other has 40

@sunsunsun what if ur jus retarded
-
@hwisdom Where are you from?
-
@alfredoolivas iraqi nigga in sweden lived here like half my life
-
@hwisdom Why do you think your pineal gland is calcified?
-
@LetTheRedeemed vit D removes intracellular calcium which is what would be causing the higher levels of blood calcium, at least what I think happens
vit D is lwk more deep than this I gotta luke belmar maxx and study more -
@alfredoolivas all hypo goyim have calcified pineal glands thats the thing
-
@hwisdom What causes it? Fluoride?
-
@alfredoolivas all sorts of metabolic and oxidative stressors tbh the major things are thyroid health + the rape of ur circadian rythm via blue light and EMFs
-
@hwisdom
Okay well if you think it's justified to take fatal doses of Vitamin D3, in a country that doesn't even have fluorinated water, to treat a gland that you don't even know is calcified, and 33 tablets of aspirin based off of a physiology doctorates comment's on a single tablet of aspirin, go ahead. -

@sunsunsun I am actually glad sometimes that your reddit account was banned...

@alfredoolivas he was trying to be rude to me, it's a fully appropriate response after I was nice to him and then he responded like a guy who doesn't even know what a friend is. it is the plight of many like him

@sunsunsun at least you don't discriminate.
