What about the wall tiles? Looks like each one could be 1 foot wide by comparing it to that toilet tank. Each one is also about 194 pixels wide and 320 pixels tall. So, each one is 1.6 feet tall. Looks like he's 3.5 tiles tall or 3.5 * 1.6 = 5.6 feet = 184cm. So not totally improbable!
