      200-300g raw red cabbage sometime before training makes muscle pump and fullness and overall performance better. which component of the cabbage is probably most responsible for triggering this effect, and are there any other vegetables to try for this effect?

        Is the vein popping effect of training bad?

          @sunsunsun
          My guess would be the anthocyanins or quercetin like substances.

          Why would the venous dilation be bad?

            If you feel lighter, smoother, less perception of effort, it is good

            certains things can increase muscles fullness while decreasing lightness, smoothness, and increasing perception of effort, in that second case its bad

              @sunsunsun I think the nitrate levels of cabbage were said to be fine according to a polish study. Beetrot was deemed to be risky 😮
