Looks lik maybe MCR agonism is akin to a stress response?

Appears as though metergoline is the way to go even though it mostly works on serotonin

Now the challenge is finding bulk metergoline

@engineer metergoline is goated, any chinese nigga on echemi would sell it to you for around like 400$ a gram, 4mg a day for me gave me all the famous benefits of blocking serotonin at a significant rate, but if you can try getting ur hands on the brand name Liserdol product, its gonna be much easier

@hwisdom it doesnt specifically touch NO, it just stimulates melanocytes through mc1r which is normally agonized by alpha msh, and NO increases mc1r expression like you would expect in a stress state

remember, iNOS is bad and eNOS is fine

@engineer Maybe you would like Bupropion for this purpose. It's easily available.

@hwisdom It doesn't block serotonin but it increases dopamine and as Georgi has written many times whenever dopamine increases serotonin tends to decrease because of enzyme competition. There are exceptions but in general the above is true as a rule.
