Using AI to summarize a YouTube video

The issue with some Youtube videos is that they are lengthy and they do not contain timestamps. It is difficult to determine in advance if the time commitment will be worth it. Is the 'juice is worth the squeeze'?
I learned today that Youtube has a feature that allows you to request a summary of the video. I used it to prescreen the content of the video. Here is how I did it.
- Open the video.
- Click on the "more" text at the end of the description to see aditional text.
- Schroll down to the to the Ask section.
- Click on Ask questions
- To the right of the video, a new columun wiill appear.
- Find the ask a question area and type summarize

I thought it was mandatory bioenergetic protocol to discard 99% of all allegedly informative content, consume the remainder at 2x speed, mentally data label the contradictions and grade the shifty vibes of the subject.
