How do I reign in my overreactive immune system?
-
Basically, I get sickness symptoms without being actually sick. Mind fog, weakness, tiredness, clogged nose, immune reactions to eating starch, very mild rashes you basically don't notice, sometimes coughing and sometimes nausea. It's very erratic, the symptoms come and go without much cause and effect at all. I can feel terrible and then 15 minutes later I am all better. There is some links to like dust mite exposure or mold exposure but realistically it seems to matter more what state my body is in than the exact level of exposure.
I initially thought this was related to my hypothyroidism and fixing the hypothyroidism would fix it to, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Rather the two things are exclusive, when I get over the hypothyroidism hump then my immune system is no longer suppressed and I get the illness symptoms. Whenever I get better I get worse.

Hi,
I 'd proceed by elimination. See first why you're overreactive:
Histamine reaction, lack of sulfur and methyl (if deficient in some nutrients or excess other ones). Enough Zinc (Zn10-15 mg) and copper (Cu 1.5 mg) for SOD enzymes. No milk / cheese when eating meat (Zn) or nuts (Cu).
Afterwards, we'll see for the thyroid requirements.
Mind excess B6. -
It got better yesterday. Unclear if it was due to Aspirin, Zinc, Glycine, Taurine, the allergen reduction efforts finally paying off or if it was just coincidence.
