      I have been noticing dizziness and low pressure way too often for about 3 or so months, but this week it has started to drastically affect my day-to-day activities.

      In the start of the 3 month period, it occurred only when waking up/staying still for extended periods of time and it gradually started to become more of a problem, simply standing up after sitting took me a few milliseconds to undizzy myself.

      There was once an episode where I was talking to a friend in my computer, and I stood up for some reason I can't exactly remember and stretched, tilting my neck towards my nape, leading to a complete blackout of my vision and loss of consciousness, making me wobble out of my room and making me almost fall down the stairs, this is when I noticed I had a blood flow problem. But I blamed it on my head blocking oxygen from my nape

      This week, I had a good laugh with both of my friends and my pressure fell completely, feet started tingling and I started to become dizzy, now I'm at the gym and everytime after completing a set I feel one of the previously stated symptoms, of varying degrees

      How can I find the cause of this issue and how can I medicate it?

        No need for medication.

        Eat.
        Eat a lot more to meet your energy needs.

        Get your liver storing more glucose.

        You are in a stressed metabolic state.

            @polba you are welcome

            It takes time and being consistent
            But you will feel much better and symptom free

            Just easy to digest stuff
            Nothing that irritates your digestion u
