I've had some sort of rhinitis my entire life and Im planning on beggining a pro-metabolic lifestyle and want to know if I can drop nasal decongestants for something else, as I've been recommended by a cardiologist family member to stop using it.

Any tips for making a carrot chocolate ganache? Do I just batter the chocolate and mashed carrots together?

I hate to look down on my BWC standing there among my bushy pubes, is there any way to make it silkier?
