      Cope or whatever, but I think niacinamide, calcium carbonate and a pound of fructose has driven my phosphate too low, causing hypophosphatemia. I will switch diets to a starch based diet with a glass of OJ for vitamin C.

      I dropped 10lbs+ last time on it, without exercise. So maybe I am just a fool for not doing it again.

        @alfredoolivas How did you get to 40mcg of T4? I'm doing 8 drops of TyroMix after getting a bad TSH lab test (3.4) but that would be a whopping 48mcg of T4.

          @engineer That is the equivelent to 10mcg of T3, spread out over the whole day, like an extended release. So quite a low dose.

            @alfredoolivas if you're taking that low of a dose, is your TSH already pretty low?

                @sunsunsun do you know a phosphurus supplement? I couldn't find any apart from calcium phosphate. International shipping is fine.

                    @alfredoolivas Would oats fit in? They have a really poor calcium:phosphorus ratio (high phosphorus).
                    Modified (phosphorylated) starch as a food additive contains crazy amounts of phosphorus
                    (to an extent that it should typically be balanced by lots of calcium when they've put it into e.g. cookies and biscuits as it drives kids restless and hyperactively nervous.)

                                @alfredoolivas said in Glucose loading cures everything?:

                                I am not sure if it’s 200g dextrose or trenbolone, but I am feeling incredibly hot and dopaminergic as of lately. I could not sleep last night. 5-6 hours max which is okay.🆗

                                These are never one off events. Stopping the microwave potato slop, gonna try to get a milligram of folate from diet, 5g of eggshell before bed, some nicotine too because somehow it makes me sleep better. If that doesn’t work I’ll stop the tren. Next shot is Sunday, so I have time. Subcutaneous injection is so slow for some reason, takes a week to absorb and tren hex is a really slow ester. I only injected 45mg of elemental tren so this is surprising if it is the tren. It will be out of my system in like a month XD

                                  @engineer responding to you here.

                                  Taking 75mg tren hex every 10 or 9 days depending if I manage to withdraw 1 or 0.9ml from the ampuole. I am already experiening insomnia, but that could be due to the high dextrose intake which increases histamine. Since stopping it and adding in 10g of eggshell powder 3 horus before I sleep I have slept ojay for the past two days.

                                  I have noticed increased motivation, less procastination. However, strength is still poor and I actually got sore from walking too much which is surprising given my biking activity.
