It's just begun. so this could be placebo. Just did the second shot. It was beautfiul. Cracked the vial open perfectly. Needle in and out in 15 seconds. Tiny drop of blood. No bleeding. Like a boss.

I am so confused of WHERE to go. I want to try high starch again. But I hate potatoes. Maybe rice and veggies as a diet, with tapioca pudding and plantain chips? Mayhaps.

@alfredoolivas potatoes do suck without fat accompaniment imo . I only eat them with fatty ground beef for this reason , as mixing the liquid fat in makes them taste good. potatoes with lean meat without lots of butter added is BLERGHHHH. also I always peel them, potato peels seem totally suboptimal.

Trenbolone or nicotine or caffeine or magnesium sulfate (10g) or the combo has reduced my appetite a lot.

@alfredoolivas Ray's fave coconut oil is so metabolic it made him loose 5 lbs and lower his thyroid dose... He was adding 2 or 3 teaspoons to his rice dinner when he experienced this.

I mix 2:1 coconut oil to cream cheese, and a little bit goes a long ways in flavoring on toast. I add a little to my potato soup plus a little clean provalone from Italy, and it's magical. regular soup tastes like water now

                          Congrats on the succeeds!

I share a similar experience with coconut. I use mainly coconut milk and coconut yogurt, and need far less thyroid and quite a bit more calories (roughly 300) to maintain my weight when they’re a regular part of my diet. However, I’ve never developed a goaty smell from coconut like Ray said he experienced.

@Jennifer wow, that’s really cool. I haven’t experienced much weight loss with it yet, but it did increase my hunger with no weight gain which is cool. I think it also helped my sleep a little

@LetTheRedeemed, that’s a good sign. I use hunger as a gauge for thyroid function. My dad’s, mum’s and my appetite increase(d) when starting (standardized) NDT and increasing our dose.
