@alfredoolivas hi, I suggest to not weight your self and not pay attention to scale weight, meaningless value for the most part, you can weight more on a scale and look leaner and better and mog more than the day prior even tho you weighted less the day prior
-
@alfredoolivas bro the teeth are the most telling part wtf
-
@alfredoolivas congrats bro! Also, have you considered consuming more liver/oysters and daily eggs? this is like the first thing Peat suggests when people's metabolism speeds up, which is becoming easier and easier to do when you're skinnier. but, maybe you already eat it weekly? also, you'll get plenty of EFA's from egg yolk

AKA nutrient depletion becomes more apparent with things like the skin. i put my sister on a ton of pro-metabolic substances (prog/thyroid/aspirin/SFA's/lowered starches) to fix a severe heart arythmia, and then she got bad symptoms of beri beri within 3 days, it's like it just tipped the scale of a long sitting low level thiamine deficiency. I brought her my thiamine supp, and she had a night and day difference by morning.
worth a consideration.

@LetTheRedeemed I consume vitamin A, B12 and zinc. Idk if I am EFA deficient, but yeah, symptoms can be mostly can be explained by inadequate nutrition in humans.
My teeth are fine, I’ll show you a pic. I was covering my lips, because I have super unique big lips and by blocking them I am pretty much unidentifiable (schizo I know).
If I remove the rectangle my teeth still aren’t shown
I will share my teeth just for you brother, next time
I brush

@alfredoolivas Ray said it was like b5 or b6 deficiency created by replacing EFA's with SFA's and speeding up metabolism induced skin problems in studies on EFA deficiency.

@alfredoolivas LOL KING

it's beautiful

@LetTheRedeemed wow

b5 or b6 deficiency created by replacing EFA's with SFA's and speeding up metabolism induced skin problems in studies on EFA deficiency.
Lack of B6 yes. Would add some B2 for its proper activation and biotin for the fatty acid conversions along and give these three a try before gulping omega-3s and omega-6s.

@alfredoolivas your teeth are so much nicer than mine

-
@Milk-Destroyer thanks

As a change to the protocol I will be restricting electrolytes apart from sodium and calcium as well restricting fluid intake to like 2l a day. Let’s see. Travels were really good and Ray Peat blessed me, the only PUFA I was given and of course I accepted, was a slice of pizza with garlic mayo on it. It was good af lol
-
Like I’m not hyperphagic anymore. I can control my appetite. The worst thing that can happen is I gain water weight. I won’t be eating more and the opposite probably will happen if anything
-
@alfredoolivas let the mog era begin.....
-
@sunsunsun hopefully I’m not shootingmyself in the foot
-
@alfredoolivas I think it's probably ok, maybe look into a GLA supplement (borage oil etc), maybe it is a good way to give a little bit of PUFA for skin quality when being overall low in PUFA
I think it's probably better than fish oil anyways
my dog is mostly pufa depleted and adding like 1-2g borage oil per day fixed dry skin issues. she does get a lot of egg yolks so Idk if that fits the definition of pufa depletion but she gets a lot less PUFA than dogs eating kibble. I've also started supplementing her with little b6 just in case

@sunsunsun lucky dog to have an owner like yourself
