@LetTheRedeemed I consume vitamin A, B12 and zinc. Idk if I am EFA deficient, but yeah, symptoms can be mostly can be explained by inadequate nutrition in humans.
My teeth are fine, Iβll show you a pic. I was covering my lips, because I have super unique big lips and by blocking them I am pretty much unidentifiable (schizo I know).

Lack of B6 yes. Would add some B2 for its proper activation and biotin for the fatty acid conversions along and give these three a try before gulping omega-3s and omega-6s.
