      Update:

Well, I looked disgusting adding 8-10g of salt to my diet, whilst restricting fluid intake from food and water to less than 2l a day and eating ZERO other electrolytes.

      But....

I did have insane cognition. Probably from stress hormones. https://www.free-iqtest.net/certificate/#
      Serial Number: 55C94420C676E1AAA21898CC206E2DBC

I did start to study and download dating apps.

The biggest thing I learnt was that I do not need to be downing water all day and I can do amazing on very little electrolytes. Which makes perfect sense to me. As a kid, I'd be eating junk food all day. I drunk very when thirsty. I don't think I ever had electrolyte issues. My thyroid, low aldosterone, high pregnenolone and progesterone, probably allowed me to excrete sodium and retain electrolytes. Though, my childhood was awful. But I blame that more on my upbringing and societal pressure. Though, I had some great months in my teenage years.

But anyway, I threw in the towel 3 days ago. I kept on fluid restricting, kept the low electrolytes, also added in around half a pound of sour patch kids into my diet. Idk why. I guess intuition. Removed the salt entirely. Yesterday.... I added in 2 grams!!!

I also added in 20 grams of gelatin a day via powder and candy.

My diet consists of rice, gelatin and sugar. With a tiny bit of MCT oil. I'm consuming cheap multi vitamin from Tesco twice a day. Cheap vitamin C from boots. 5000IU of tesco vitamin D3. Goy cattle supplements. Weekly dose of vitamin A too. 35-70k IU.

The weight just flew off in the past days. Feeling mentally sharp too! Also I noticed the tren insomnia has really improved! Like yeah, I sleep like shit. But for some reason, caffeine has a blunted effect on my sleep, I now consume 500mg and still sleep as badly when I consumed 100mg.

Also... fingers crossed I am not saying this too early, but my constipation has stopped? Yesterday I had 5 bowel movments. Had one this morning too.

I honestly feel the "sugar" high again. I do think restricting water intake and electrolytes played a big role in this. Never felt this way before, maybe when I was a teenager, I was infamous for going beserk on the train after sugary energy drinks. That’s what I do every morning now (500mg of caffeine and 120g of sour patch). Last night, I had another bag and was texting the most ridicolus things to women giggling to myself lol. Thank god a few bear with the rizm of the tism.

How could I forget, I also feel like shit once a day. Idk why. But the rest of the day, I’m on cloud 9. Honesty is the best policy.

Also I have a tingling sensation in my hands with an insane pump. Can be annoying

@Kilgore usually in the morning. It coincides with gelatin I believe; I think it’s due to digestion. A month ago I experimented with a diet high in plantain flour - 2/300g a day. I cooked it as a porridge or used it in baking. I felt like dog shit. Cold, no energy, constipated etc.

It’s nearly all resistant starch and I believe it’s digestion stole all the blood flow, to my stomach.

When I eat gummies in the morning and night, I get cold and feel tired. Yesterday, I did not use enough water in my gelatin, I felt cold, no appetite, etc.

So I think jelly like foods such as gummies or plantain porridge, must create a brick in my stomach.

This has its benefits on appetite, but I believe it’s a balance. I’ll try replacing the gummies which are quite tough to chew! with marshmallows and use more water in my gelatin and see if it solves anything. Willing to drop the gelatin too if it doesn’t.

@Kilgore it seems like the high salt also relieved my symptoms, I did not feel this way on the same diet when I was having plenty salt. Currently consuming 3G salt.

But I suspect it takes time for my gut to clear out, so, I don’t expect changes within a few hours of changing the diet. and it could explain why i did not experience at the start of last week

                      Week 16: 81.1kg to 68.8kg.

I think water is so important. Like, wow. i don't need to overhydrate. <2l a day from food and drinks

yesterday, I was feeling REALLY euphoric. Estatic. Realised I was drinking a bit more than usual. This is a classical warning of incoming insomnia.

So I stopped drinking past 9 pm. Had my rice, did an insane bike ride and at the end I was not thirsty and only drunk some water at 2 am. Slept okay.

Jan was my childhood hero and I cried myself to sleep when LA beat him again and again. So it's the biggest compliment you could receive from me.
