      Week 16: 81.1kg to 68.8kg.

      I think water is so important. Like, wow. i don't need to overhydrate. <2l a day from food and drinks

      yesterday, I was feeling REALLY euphoric. Estatic. Realised I was drinking a bit more than usual. This is a classical warning of incoming insomnia.

      So I stopped drinking past 9 pm. Had my rice, did an insane bike ride and at the end I was not thirsty and only drunk some water at 2 am. Slept okay.

        @alfredoolivas = Jan Ullrich confirmed.

        I've never been a big party attender, but I never went to a party where I didn't probably offend most of the people there by talking about what I was interested in. (Ray Peat)

              Jan was my childhood hero and I cried myself to sleep when LA beat him again and again. So it's the biggest compliment you could receive from me.

                    Increased tren doses to 75mg tren hex every 5 days.
                    Really really bad insomnia last night.
                    Probably got 1 hour sleep.
                    Fucking overdosed on memantine before a concert. Spent a day fucking throwing up and nauseous afterwards. most of it is still in my system
                    It's been a good and bad week.
                    Good news is, I can see the fruits of my work start springing.
                    I have been inject fat dissolver in the nasolabial region. Not buccal.
                    Just nasolabial and below chin.
                    It honestly has created quite cool results. It's like my face seems more angular from the front whilst maintaining the width of my face. I like it. Though, it's a change from normal fat distribution. And it's not like my face is leaner, just different. Which is kinda what I was going for; I knew from the start that fat dissolvers or liposucction cannot replicate a lean face. They can only spot reduce. I've done that, and maintained the width of my face.

                      Hi, What is it you are injecting? This might be getting closer to body dismorphia and mental suffering, fatless or angular face doesn't look good in it self. Your initial post is about transitioning from low silica lower weight chicken looking depress, to highe silica higher weight non depress looking chicken, how are you achieving that by doing the opposite, loosing weight and injecting stuff into your face to loose face fat? Are you silica maxing?
