            @engineer I use a 4l one. Not the 10l one. I can cook 1kg of rice well.

The issue with rice cookers is that you can easily add too much rice, too much rice requires more water. This causes water to boil up and since most rice cookers use rubber to seal their lids, you end up boiling rubber while cooking rice.

The one I use is still too small because water still boils over. But the lid is metal with no rubber seal. The basin is is made out of teflon, but I before used a ceramic basin and it chipped like crazy. So it's a choice between heavy metals in ceramic and PTFE. I chose PTFE and I don't scratch it. When it is scratched I just get a new basin.

@alfredoolivas this is subpar diet to mog, if you do eat meat and you aint vegan, better to eat at least 100 200g meat a day, and some underground foods, dry mangos proably slop that will lead to symptoms mid and long term

egg shell powder is 40 % calcium carbonate. Need to be absorbed on an acidic stomach. No more than 2 g powder per take: 200 mg Ca element.

Mogging and being lean/loosing weight dont necessary go together, many people looks somewhat fat and they mog, many people looks lean and they dont mog.

No animals foods is anti mog gauging by effects, if you do eat meat and you are not vegan, good meat contribute to fertility and true mogging combined with other things

Added sugar is depleting slop, and the effects manifest real quick, first day of consuming to much

Good luck man you will see the results! A friend (@mulloch94) has done this diet for a long time and he has seen great results.
I myself have dabbled in it and have done it on and off. I do want to eventually transition to this diet, but for now I just eat less and less fat, work on other things to fix and try to not be depressed. Right now I drink coffees with a splash of milk and lots of sugar and eat fruit till dinner which is whatever my Mom cooks.
One thing I found is that early on I got a lot of headaches while doing sugar fasting but once I added a milk it has been fixed. Just 1% milk, I think less than 3 grams of fat.

recovery is excellent on the durian rider protocol. Have biked 5-6 hours in the past two days and no soreness.

Glass Noodles have 0g protein and have a G.I index of 25 to 50.
Incredible food, it stimulates metabolism via carbs and no protein whilst keeping you very full.

mangos and apples are really low protein too. 1g per apple. 2g for 100g bag of dried mango.

You can have unlimited noodles, a bit of spinach and mushrooms, vegetable broth with some salt, couple apples and mangoes and you will have a nutritious meal for <5g of protein.

@alfredoolivas I did the sugar diet last year for a month and did lose weight but it felt suboptimal, I look and feel physically and mentally way better on a relatively lean bodybuilder diet . that other user told me this would happen and he is correct I forget his name but he has posted shirtless pics here b4

                                      p.s. durian rider is bald

@alfredoolivas I cook rice in visions by corning ware pyroceram glass Screenshot 2026-03-25 at 11.49.19 AM.png the middle size one is 2.8L and it comfortably makes 2 cups dry amount rice (add 4 cups water, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 1 teaspoon salt)

parboiled white jasmine rice (not uncle ben's converted microwave rice) is superior to plain white jasmine. if you don't know what it is , it's white rice that before it is dehusked, it is soaked in steaming hot water at the rice farm and dried and then they de husk it. this makes the resulting rice have more nutrients as some soaks from the husk into the grain, and secondly, it has more resistant starch and the rice doesn't get gummy and holds shape very well. to cook this rice I just immediately cook without rinsing or soaking with 2 parts water, heat coconut oil and salt in pan, add water and bring to boil, add rice and go on super low for 25 min, stir then let sit for 5.

secondly, I have mostly brown rice now as it is superior for moggy nutrients. to cook brown rice, I soak In the morning with splash of vinegar. then after 3-5 hours I drain all the excess liquid off ( make sure to drip it all off ) and then do the same technique above. adding coconut oil before water so that it melts and coats the pan eliminates most sticking issues as long as you use low enough heat that it doesn't burn at the end.
