@alfredoolivas the fructose part is interesting for sure, since it is my understanding that exogenous fructose raises fgf21 the most. I wonder how endogenous fructose production influences fgf21? Although as you say the consensus is that aldose reductase isn't optimal.

@autistas123 just my opinion. FGF 21 is a single factor remember.

As an update. I am experiencing refeeding syndrome. Though I am not eating more calories. I just am now eating normie foods within reason.

          Symptoms:

Maintained a natural lack of appetite… followed by binges. Within reason. Like having a breakfast and feeling no hunger for lunch. And then sitting on the side of the road and scoffing down 1000kcsl of groceries.

I threw up the first night. Without any “binging”. Was extremely nauseous yesterday.

Very bloated physique so a lot of electrolyte changes.

But I am feeling very good and positive.

I believe the refeeding syndrome will be over today if it is not over already. Thank you for any concern.

Not even sure why. I’ve added in a lot of salt. Simply from just eating more processed foods. Looks like I’ve had way too much food and anadrol lol.

The calf edoema is insane too 🤣 I will not share this.

But given the extreme weight loss diet and then my reasonable diet following. this is a medical issue yes. Let’s see how this goes

Still at a magnitude incomparable to the estradiol overdoses

                    Refeed syndome update:
                    It has gotten better.
Vomitting and nausea has stopped. Just happened once. It did not happen after a binge. The first "binge" (1000 kcals) happened after. There was a second binge guys that was like 400 calories lol.
It's not even the calorie count that matters. It's the uncontrolled daze. Since then tho, no binge.

I am extremely high temp and full of energy. I feel amazing.
Extremely hungry. I do not give in.
Stomach is extremely distended and pangs when I don't eat and when food enters my system. It's so painful but weirdly good. Really bad sign.
Still have oedema. It's really fucking bad in the legs.
Pee colour has normalised 😄 used to be brownish red.
                    No cramps anymore too

However. Despite litterally only being able to do 2 pull ups from my boydweight being so high.
It's not over and we are back.

My face looks the leanest it has in years, despite having odeoma lol. That is why I wanted to lose weight. To have supoptimal water and fat distribution and still have satisfactory self image.

The plan is to ride this out. My body is giving me ghrelin & energy to chase squirrels and eat them and get fat. No. I'll just not get fat thanks. And use that energy you are giving me towards other activities. That don't last 5 seconds when the reward come. That's the plan bascially.

What happens? Am I lipogenic currently? I’m not weighing myself. What happens to my metabolic rate? Anorexia women have higher glucose oxidation levels during this whole thing vs normal controls… what happens to the odoema. Why did this happpen? I what started, to eat fat and protein? Some sardines a day?

I have no idea. I’ll do some “research” aka cope and speculation

Oh. And I have not lost strength still since the start. Maybe it's the odoema. Or AAS , as planned 🙂
