the only cosmetic solution I havn't seen successfully yet (last I looked was like 5 years ago), is when widening the jaw, the chin itself didn't widen. but there's before and afters of the jaw/chin pulling forward, the jaw bone rounding, and the back of the jaw (under the ears) lowering. Pretty stoked to see what can be done without cosmetic surgery.
