Current stats:
80kg
5'11 (morning height)I am going to try out the durian rider protocols to lose weight.
Essentially, he says to:
1.) Have 10g of carbohydrate per kg of bodyweight
2.) Bike 1 - 2 hours a day
3.) Consume less than 60g of protein & fat a dayHe also frequently talks about hydration & weekly 5-30 hill climbs, which I wll try to simulate.
I will try to do this with this diet along with added sugar to get to 800g carbs.


I am meeting the RDA for all nutrients apart from calcium, vitamin A and b12. Which I plan to supplement with

DCA & Meldonium -
Will post changes to protocol and blood work aswell as weight height and life gainz.

@alfredoolivas in the meantime you could easily get some pyrucet which should approximate meldonium, and isnt dca carcinogenic too

@alfredoolivas added sugar is slop, even more so if you dont intend to eat meat, optimal amount is 0 if you have the possibility to eat good fruits
