Hi guys, hope you are all doing well. Does anyone have any experience with AML (Leukemia), my uncle has been given 3-5 months to live and I am wondering what I could recommend to him to make him feel better and maybe even prolong his life. My first thought is B1 and B3 to help restore his metabolism. Would appreciate some tips and advice.

I don't have any specific regimens for you but I can tell you that the classic pro metabolic factors like B1 and B3 as well as K2 have been shown to be massively effective. Check out this for the studies: https://haidut.me/?s=Leukemia

@thibaud what @engineer said and that a good way to get b vitamins (Ray mentioned in an article) is by pouring hot/warm water (about 1/2 cup) over a couple of tablespoons of brewers’ yeast (solgar is a good, tasty brand) stirring it and then then letting it settle, and then drinking the more liquid part that rises to the top. It’s helped a lot once got around to doing it.
If that’s too much work you could sprinkle a tablespoon or two or more into soups, stews, gravies or spaghetti/pasta sauces. It adds a nice savory flavor. Some people sprinkle brewers’ yeast on their popcorn.
I’ll try to find the article in which Ray mentions brewers’ yeast. Best of luck.
