@HyperTorless yeah androsterone definitely has some pheromone effects. I remember reading this Reddit post by supposedly some guy who wrote his PhD thesis or some kind of research iirc on pheromones. And he stated that all steroids with the andro- prefix are pheromones and that they have actually varying effectiveness, if I remember correctly androstenedione was the most potent one.

RE: Frozen Liver harmful?
@PUFADestroyerPPO I would honestly just go to your local butcher and ask him when his liver arrives (usually always on a set day and time) and ask him to keep aside for you. At least thats what I've done

RE: Baking soda/Sodium Bicarbonate. How much is too much?
@Nabokov I have taken >15g of baking soda before going to the gym and noticed a better pump but also a very slight stomach discomfort. The discomfort could be mitigated by dissolving the baking soda and slowly drinking it over a couple of minutes. I scooped the baking soda straight into my mouth and still had barely any discomfort so ingesting that amount normally should be fine

RE: Chicken light vs reptile light
@Lukey UVA and UVB are as the name says ultra violent, and these wavelengths are essential for reptiles. However chicken lamps actually only need a full red spectrum light, so chicken lamps are more in the correct wavelengths for mitochondrial effects than reptile lamps. UVA and UVB are all <400nm while you see positive mitochondrial effects from >=640nm
