I got a couple small seborrheic keratosis spots on mt skin that I’d like to try removing myself before seeing a dermatologist to have them removed surgically. Anyone have any experience with this?

How can I remove seborrheic keratosis?
The CO2 laser is very effective in permanently removing seborrheic keratoses. By vaporizing the superficial layers of the skin, the laser eliminates abnormal cells without damaging the surrounding tissue. This helps prevent the recurrence of the treated lesions.
            Other alternative: cryogenization (frozen).
