My latest blood test after 2 blood donations I got also got 2 copies of C282Y
      Serum iron (27.6)
      Transferrin (1.84)
      Transferrin saturation (60%)

But they didn't take ferritin but previous tests have been 350-400

      Tsh 1.8 and serum free t4 level 10 pmol/L

Also lower end of red blood cell count red blood cell count 4.36 10*12/L
      hemoglobin 137 g/L
      mean corpsulclar volume 95.9 fL

Previous test showed high b12 and low folate levels, but wondering if b12 could be a false reading and its actually low ?

Previous test before that was Iron 26.3
      Transferritin 1.8
      Transaturation 58%
      Ferritin 389

What direction? Stop eating all red meats and liver ?

How often and how much do you eat liver and red meat, what else do you eat? If you don't feel any better from liver and don't crave it, you should not eat it, same for red meat

When eating red meat or liver, saturate transporters with milk (240 ml) or cheese. Limit liver to once a week.
The best option is still to donate blood once a year until you reach a ferritin level between 40-100.

I once lowered my ferritin from 180 ng/mL to 40 ng/mL within 2 months with daily aspirin. Not sure if that's healthy or safe though

Fine if you know ho to manage to recover platelet function: 10-12 days pause for a plateau.
