Dualism with fruit

So if follow this idea of a basic meal plan for
Optimal blood sugar- Fiber 2. Protein and fat 3. Carb
Im always going to rely on starch sources for carbs.
Because any carb with fiber is going to ferment on-top of protein and fat.
Next if I where to say want to start a meal with fruit
So 1. Fiber and carb 2. Fat and protein
I notice very bad blood sugar and a crash in energy that makes me feel very timid amd weak. The only way I can optimally have fruit seems to be doing a fruit till noon approach which is great in some ways but does not always feel optimal.
My hypothesis is that resistant starch potatoes and rice are going to become staples of my diet until further notice…..

Until you notice an unbalance in your microbiome due to a lazy transit. Be careful if you don't poop at least twice a days, on a regular basis. When insoluble fiber stays too long in the second part of the colon, problems often happen soon after (foodstuff for a kind of bacteria that don't have to stay long).
And for your insulin control, try to manage breakfast very well, since it's going to impact the rest of the day.
Usually fruit should be taken as a snack or 15-20 before the rest of the meal if you have to avoid interaction (dysbiosis). First thing is to manage insulin spike. Not a problem of fruit or veggies, except some fruit are high in sugar. So, no more than 50 g sugar, 50% fructose and 50 % glucose, at breakfast. No juice since you need fibbers to control the load. When eating potato, I manage in this way:
1° butter added at the end of the cooking (with green veggies and meat).
2° smashed potato (2 or 3 medium) mixed with butter and small frozen broccoli flowers. Sometimes spinach but then you need Ca to counteract oxalates. Spinach is very high in oxalates (600 mg) (lithiasis). One glass milk + one slice cheese (need 4x more Ca). -
@Triple7 Ray Peat got basically this question on East West Healing, about people who crash after even a little fruit or juice. He said it's often bacteria living high up in the intestine near the stomach, getting to the sugar about as fast as you do, and that "if someone has been under stress and low thyroid, they can have that bacterial problem that makes them sensitive to sugars."
I'd be careful with the resistant starch plan for the same reason, since resistant starch is meant to get past you and feed bacteria. On KMUD, asked how to lower serotonin, he said to avoid "slowly digested foods like resistant starches or undercooked vegetables." When potatoes came up on the East West show, he talked about young ones "eaten with butter after being thoroughly cooked."
Do you run cold or have a slow pulse in the mornings?

Pineapple, kiwi, and papaya help with digestion.
