RE: Dealing with Estrogen
@Dibodibo
Things that I know work include androsterone combined either with pansterone or cortinon (I've had good experience with the 8:1 ratio), 11-keto DHT on the scrotum (I've heard that one drop every three days is effective). Since cypro lowers cortisol that may help, same with thyroid. -

I occasionally use Methylene Blue (I dose sloppily, likely getting a dose of around 4-8mg) as well as red and infrared light. I tried pure sodium bicarbonate once but accidentally overdosed so I'm waiting a month before incorporating 2 teaspoons of it in the morning daily. Due to my location, I cannot access T3, desiccated thyroid, and the various hormones taken by Peaters.

I've got an iPhone and found that setting it on grayscale lowered any unnecessary use of it.
