Well if it were one or two hecklers I wouldn't give any credence to it at all. But it appears there's more than that. And it's cross-platform, meaning they've gotten complaints on more than one forum. If it is a smear campaign, then it's highly coordinated. And to what end?

There was a guy on the MESO-Rx forum who went into detail about getting shipped the wrong thing. Worse than that, apparently the number on his bag matched what he was suppose to get, but the actual contents were something else. He was taking it but he quickly realized something was wrong.
