That's great news! 2 grams of thiamine hcl/day + magnesium did the same for me. Thiamine deficiency is a lot more common than most people believe.

It is my understanding that taking some niacinamide, riboflavin, potassium, and possibly some zinc is a good idea too because when you fix your oxidative metabolism, these things get used more and so providing them is helpful.
I take 100mg niacinamide 4Xday; 100mg riboflavin 4Xday; 24-32 oz of orange juice/day (for the potassium); and 15mg zinc maybe every other day. I've found that I do well on 3100mgs of magnesium glycinate, which equals to 400 mgs of magnesium
