RE: Kuinone Suggestions
Just wanted to update for future reference in case anyone finds this in a search. I've only used Kuinone topically, and never more than a drop at a time until a couple of days ago. Usually when I first start it I notice a few minutes of shortness of breath or just some mild bodily pressure after applying it. Two days ago I doubled the dose and used one drop on both legs and for most of the day didn't think anything of it, didn't have any noticeable effects. That night though I woke up about four hours after falling asleep and couldn't sleep again for more than 2 hours. I didn't attribute it to the vit k, but the next day, still experimenting, I doubled that dosage, applying two drops on each leg. I felt that same initial pressure right at first but it went away quickly. Later throughout the day I would swing between feeling like I could fall asleep (I was working, so I couldn't) and then when driving later on, felt some intense anxiety. At night I couldn't fall asleep for a few hours after trying. I read Georgi's original Kuinone thread on the old forum and there were a few people saying similar things. All this to say, dose carefully. Apparently Kuinone is more potent than other vit k2 supplements and the topical application has a longer half life throughout the body.

RE: Sudden constipation. Diet change?
@Lucius-de-Geer
I had a similar thing happen to me a few months ago, was maintaining a diet I'd had for months prior to constipation coming on. It was during winter and a number of things could have been causing it, but I think it was one of two things in my case - either a lack of vitamin D, which I was deficient in, or too much fat in my diet. I didn't realize that my carb and fat calorie intake was about the same, maybe even with fat being where most of my calories were coming from. Once I started putting what I was eating into the cronometer app, I started eating more carbs and cutting down on fat, and that, along with getting more vitamin D, seems to have helped somewhat significantly. I'm still having issues though, as I haven't found the right thyroid dosage to completely get me out of hypo symptoms, so some days are better than others, but at least I got it so I'm going every day again. Maybe play around with macro ratios, see if it'll help -
Kuinone Suggestions
I've been using Kuinone, 1 drop (2mg), topically every day for about a couple of weeks. Have been taking it simultaneously with Vit. D3 gummies (Nordic Naturals) in the morning after breakfast, and have made an effort to increase my daily calcium intake from ~1 g to closer to 2 g to combat a high Parathyroid Hormone level. Is this enough Vitamin K, since I'm guessing only about 2 micrograms are getting absorbed topically? Is there a somewhat standard ratio for vit D to Vit K dosages? Anyone have any negative effects from too high of a topical Kuinone dosage?
Thanks for any feedback

Magnesium Glycinate and Glycine
If I'm supplementing magnesium glycinate am I supplementing both magnesium and glycine? If I were to supplement glycine by itself would I have to take into account how much I'm getting from the magnesium glycinate as well? Thanks for any clarification

Sleep & Insomnia
Every once in a while I still have trouble falling asleep. It doesn't happen as often since mostly cutting out seed/vegetable oils in daily diet, but every once in a while it still hits where I'll only get a couple of hours in a night. Been supplementing D3 during winter mornings, B complex somewhat regularly in mornings, small doses of cynoplus in morning and cynomel afternoon and before bed, as well as magnesium bisglycinate and occasionally an aspirin with baking soda or just baking soda in water before bed. Have raw carrots every day, carrot salads on weekend. Don't have a stressful job, so don't think that's much of a factor (not dreading or dwelling on anything in particular). Any recommendations would be appreciated
