I’ve been having health issues for quite some time now. So I’ve messed around with various supplements, especially the B vitamins. When taken orally, they didn’t really do much for me. Occasionally it probably fixed a deficiency.
However, when I’ve tried using them topically I really felt the effects. It actually made me feel good the first time. But it’s also made me feel bad many times, it’s caused me to become unstable and I’ve ended up feeling compromised. When I’m awake, I’m able to resist it. But when I try to rest, I start to feel the effects. I’ve woken up with nerve pain or my heart racing or my head felt poisoned.
Is it inappropriately stimulating my metabolic rate? I do remember the moments that I felt good (even if momentarily) and I just want to be in that state. But it’s caused me a lot of trouble, so I don’t know. Does anyone else here know what I’m talking about? I’m not a healthy individual to begin with, I have elevated heavy metals (I suppose that means low glutathione status) and it might change things. For example, vitamin K has caused me to destabilize. Same with progesterone. Caffeine makes me feel worse. It seems like anything peaty that is pro-oxidation is not good
Anyways, I wish there was a more efficient (safer) way to go about this…
