Is drinking raw eggs peaty? Are the testosterone gains worth it? I've been having 12/day for a while now and it does seem to increase T. Might start separating them and only having the yolks raw.

@niggergroyper88 Raw eggwhites prevent biotin absorption.

@RapexEat I'm aware, that and bioavailability are why I may start separating the whites, but it's not as big an issue as it seems. There's more biotin in a whole egg than can be bound, so you still see a net increase in biotin per egg. Only a problem if you have the whites alone.

@niggergroyper88 You’re right, it’s not really a problem when you eat the whole egg. Slonking is probably beneficial overall since cooking the yolk reduces the nutrients in it.

@niggergroyper88 ages ago when I was back in High School, I never had enough time nor patience to make myself breakfast in the morning, so I would just crack two raw eggs in my mouth and leave. Incredibly efficient and never had any problems with doing so.

I incorporate 2-3 raw eggs in my milkshakes, gives it a really nice and thick but also creamy texture, almost like a custard.
