Not sure about height, but supposedly transdermal DHT can increase penis size if you are in good health and diligent about applying it. Transdermal T might also influence it as well. There are tons on anecdotal reports of women experiencing clitoral growth from applying T and Dht cream. The Alphagels guy claims that several of his male clients have experienced penile growth from applying topical DHT.
Speaking from personal experience, I've noticed some flaccid growth (length) from foreskin restoration and topical DHT (girth). I have fairly poor EQ so I'm not sure where I'm 'maxing' out but it does seem like the flaccid gains do translate over to erect gains to some extent.

past puberty you will need to apply tension to the penis if you want it grow. pumps, manual stretches, clamping, and hanging are tried and tested methods. adding topical DHT + vitamin d3/k2 in combination with these exercises will probably yield you on average 1/2-3/4 inches a year (although some people can gain even up to an inch a year when they first start out) if youre consisent with it just like you would be with the gym in a few years you can easily add an inch and a half to girth and length which is like a whole standard deviation. to most people its not worth the effort but if youre a Faustian NEET i dont see any reason why not to try dickmaxxing.

Look into the Vitruvian Man method and Rustam Akhmetov. Penile growth is much easier, just combine jelqing, pulling, and bathmate/any reputable pump usage.

@Kilgore 'Puritan' origin my ass. It's because America is a land where capital reigns and no other powers are able to keep it at bay. Hospitals make BANK off of circumcisions, and they give them without even asking the parents. In places where people were properly informed about the extra costs, and got the option presented clearly they chose not to.
In a way the culture is entirely lacking in any class consciousness. It's a country that couldn't have come into existence without unimaginable levels of slave labor and land theft, so the predominant culture to this day is one still where the more useless you are, the higher your status is.

IDK I increased my cheekbones with Peat but idk about height, penis seems same (although i megadose progesterone so that may inhibit in that particular organ). Height I dont measure but relatives called me taller after an year or so of not seeing each other and Im already 23.

I increased flaccid penis size but I think it was cuz I suffered from low T or terrible health for a long time. Looked small before but after like 8 months of peating it has a relatively good size now. Same with when its fully erect it looks much more thick than before (little length change)

penis can grow nicely. If you have a lot of sex, and are erect for an hour or so a day, your penis will grow bigger and fatter. There are exercises that work too (not jelqing, not penis pumps). An inch more in length and some more girth is quite normal.
I've mentioned it also, that using silicon scar tape on the glans for a cut guy can restore most sensitivity without all the foreskin restoration hoopla. It's not as good as being intact, but it's far better than going around with your glans abraded against your clothing all day and night.
