        @peatolish Lots of milk and sugar with the coffee should negate the "cracked-out" symptoms

          My friend feels lightheaded after taking nicotine with coffee, I'd be wary with it. Make sure you're also drinking coffee with a meal as well, preferably meat, from what I remember coffee on an empty stomach increases nitric oxide.

            Drink apple juice or take pure fructose. from what I understand, the adrenaline pump from coffee is because of a lack of glycogen stores

                @peatolish with cream and sugar is the right way is the peat way. Any one, hypo or not, having black coffee with out any thing sweet is asking for trouble.
