Extra intake of electrolytes (potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium) could be helpful -
@Cezar4911 sounds like some James Gatz bro science.

Actual temperatures would be more valid
More helpful to assessBut are asking if eating this much sugar is ok?
Generally speaking- generally….
Yes -
Agreed. For the "dripping with sweat" comment, no mention of sodium and a ridiculous amount of added sugar. They're probably "enjoying" the stress of chronic and mild hypovolemic shock. A bit manic.
A lot of added salt and a bit of free water would probably sort them out. I think Ray had described it (the sodium and chloride ions) as a kind of master mineral somewhere. I could be mistaken/misquoting or misunderstanding him. If not...
If you get enough, the renal system can use that and the body finds it much easier to hold on to the rest. Which is bound to be in shorter supply without a lot more effort.

Excess of mind may very well be a product and perpetuator of stress. I prefer the left of the bell curve most of the time.

@ThinPicking let me know what you think of his approach to peating
To me his advice on supplementation and foods is a gold mine
