What are your favorite homemade ice cream recipes?

@oliveoil I believe the recipe peat used was
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup White Sugar
1 Raw Egg Yolk
1/4 Cup Skim Milk Powder
1 Cup Milk

But i prefer using raw cream and raw honey, my recipe is
1/2 Cup Raw Cream
1/2 Cup Raw Milk
1 Raw Egg
1/4 Cup Raw Honey
Sea Salt

Is it worth it to invest in an ice cream maker?

@oliveoil For the peat recipe he said you dont even need one because of the high saturatrd fat content it goes solid at room temp. I'd say its worth it but thats only if ur obsessed with icecream like me

My recipe, much like Andrew's
1 cup cream
2 cup milk
1/2 cup honey
2-3 teaspoons vanilla
1 tablespoon alcohol e.g. rum (to keep it from getting too hard)

for mocha add 1 heaping tablespoon instant coffee and 2 heaping tablespoons cacao

for berry, heat on low 2 cups frozen berries with 1/4 cup sugar until it begins to thicken. Let cool and swirl into vanilla ice cream after it come out of the ice cream maker.

Can someone please send me money so I can make camel milk icecream for autistic children
