Got an email from Chris Masterjohn. He's been nominated on RFK's MAHA page. Georgi Dinkov is also listed. You can vote here:

RE: Have you used Georgi's B and Aspirin Cancer Treatment?
@sneedful
Got 2,6-Dihydroxybenzoic acid, Certified Reagent from gtilab on ebay.
Many tumors especially in breast and chest area.
Agreed methylene blus and aspirin sounds good but Georgi had such excellent results with B1 B3 B7 and aspirin or the 2,6-dihydroxybenzoic acid in his mouse studies.

Have you used Georgi's B and Aspirin Cancer Treatment?
Has anyone tried it?
I have a friend who reported the tumors she could feel shrunk 70% in 5 days.
But I'm also interested in other conditions. I've had some kind of virus that's going around, and I decided to try it because the stuff was easily available and I was desperate for relief. About 15 minutes after taking it I felt much better. Symptoms returned but are easing.
The friend is using that chemical with the complicated name. I'm using aspirin. Sorry ti don't have the dosages easily available.

RE: Peaty Ice Cream recipes
@oliveoil I like this one and I think you can get it cheaper elsewhere.

1 cup cream
2 cup milk
1/2 cup honey
2-3 teaspoons vanilla
1 tablespoon alcohol e.g. rum (to keep it from getting too hard)for mocha add 1 heaping tablespoon instant coffee and 2 heaping tablespoons cacao
for berry, heat on low 2 cups frozen berries with 1/4 cup sugar until it begins to thicken. Let cool and swirl into vanilla ice cream after it come out of the ice cream maker.

RE: Methionine/Cysteine restriction increases longetivity AND energy expenditure
@Mauritio FWIW I notice that the methionine content of the cheeses correlates pretty well with the protein content.

RE: Direct Current and ATP
@thebodyelectric_ Thank you. Yup, vague.
I remember Carolyn McMakin with Frequency Specific Microcurrent telling about the 500% increase in ATP in mice using FSM direct current, as published research at NIH. I don't know any science, but I know that using that FSM machine every evening there was never again any muscle soreness after tough workouts. -
RE: Popcorn is a SUPERFOOD
@T-3 I don't know why Ray preferred nixtamalized corn, and didn't find the answer easily in search.
From what I've read elsewhere, it's the gluten, and in the case of corn and popcorn other gluten-like proteins, that cause the digestive issues.
Ray liked the polyphenols in orange juice particularly. The ferulic acid in popcorn and other grains is also in orange juice, but I don't remember that being the one he liked in orange juice.
I'm sorry I'm not one of the experts.

@thebodyelectric_ Cool. What is your company and the device, please?

RE: Popcorn is a SUPERFOOD
@T-3 Your Okinawan salt looks yummy.
I hope someone else will chime in about the pros and cons of corn. I'm fairly new to the bioenergetic view.
Off the top of my head, I've heard/read that Ray ate corn that was nixtamalized, the process used in Mexico to treat corn for tortillas. Somehow this makes it acceptable.
I've read that corn, although it doesn't contain the gluten found in wheat and other grains that bother so many people, does contain a similar protein that may be irritating.
I've read that popcorn by weight has as many polyphenols as berries.
[https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6356482/](link url)Abstract
... On average, nine commercial popcorn samples contain 5.93 ± 0.92 mg/g of total polyphenols after alkaline hydrolysis and 2.66 ± 0.15 mg/g after in vitro digestion as measured by the Folin–Ciocalteu assay. Furthermore, the popping process was found not to significantly decrease the antioxidant capacity. These results indicate that a considerable amount of the bound polyphenols are bioaccessible. Due to the high levels of bioaccessible polyphenols, popcorn may be a significant source of dietary polyphenol antioxidants. For background, I'm not a corn eater except for when the organic cob corn comes up at the farmer's market. Also, although I stopped eating grains years ago, I've never had a problem with any of them.

RE: Popcorn is a SUPERFOOD
I eat some of this most days, which saves me the time of popping in coconut oil. (Purchased at Walmart.)
https://shop.lesserevil.com/collections/all/products/himalayan-pink-salt-organic-popcornII seem to need starch to get full, not just fruit and juice, and if I don't have time to cook rice or potatoes, popcorn satisfies me. I mostly avoid grains, but this works for me. Anyone else?
