Peaty anti-aging, annihilation of twink death

@Veronica only supplement on your list I haven't tried is t3 (I'm super skinny and already have a fast metabolism), glycine was giving me bad sleep so I cut it out.

@plombir I've heard some people say testosterone is aging, I'd assume so in excess. I've seen people on longecity talk about trying to emulate a more child like hormonal system with progesterone which I think is risky but could have potential depending on your lifestyle. Men who work manual labor and do farm work would be better off with higher testosterone levels. Artists, writers, any job without high physical demand, would probably be better off leaning higher in progesterone. I doubt they'd become too feminine in appearance or develop gyno with the right dosing but I'm not sure. Still seems very experimental.

Have smaller amounts of glycine throughout the day maybe?

Willow bark (Aspirin) is anti-aging.

@Sugar Step 1 will always be nofap. You can always pick out jackersoff by the bags under the eyes, their sallow wrinkled complexion, and the "stressed, frazzled" texture of their hair (if they have any left). The best description I heard of their appearance is "as if they were spiritually jaundiced."
In my experience, each month of nofap is equivalent to approximately one year of de-aging until you reach whatever your baseline is.

I experimented with NR before I discovered Peat but found Thorne's NR to reliably boost my energy levels even on the low carb/intermittent fasting diet I was on. I switched to sublingual NMNs after falling down the Sinclair rabbit hole and found them to be even stronger than the NR capsules.
After Peating for some months, the NMNs no longer hit like they used to. Anyone who is curious about either NR or NMN can safely skip them and focus on Niacinamide and Thiamine instead.
I am considering the addition of CoQ10 which I've neglected until recently.
I'd say that vitamin E and aspirin would be the two most valuable additions to your stack.

@AstralPMP I'm surprised there's such a lack of thiamine discussion in the anti aging community. Seems like it could have powerful effects on anti aging. Niacinamide is disregarded by many in the anti aging community but there's some niche fans of niacinamide and even flush niacin.

What is kek mean?

@WilliamBlake newfag spotted...
Kek just means lol
-
@Hitler ah, thank you!
-
@Sugar been using topical niacinamide and it’s often mentioned from the usual cosmetic angle online that it shouldn’t be used at the same time as an acid like Vit C

@Sugar There are a lot of blind spots amongst the anti-aging guys and thiamine is one of them. I think not articulating their goal is another.
I appreciate the bioenergetic approach because it is concerned with root causes as much as outcomes. The Longecity guys are ultimately more concerned with taking more antioxidants than anything else.
