Peaty anti-aging, annihilation of twink death
-
@Sugar some supplements I've had issues with are too much magnesium glycinate, glycine, nicotinic acid, and ashwagandha.
-
@Sugar um... twink?
-
I always kek whenever I see the word twink. to me it'll always mean a level 19 hunter that's been taken through dead mines/rfk a lot with some enchantments
-
Travelling, hopping between countryside and urban livig, painting, doing artsy things, having a free and healthy sexuality etc etc. these are far more important than focusing on d3 and k2 imho.
You can focus on the autistic side of bioenergitcs very easily if you're living a good life + you may adjust as you go.
Frankly I find progest-e to be the holy grail of not aging like a soy turd but then again you will end up a literal progestenized twink if you abuse it... which is probably what a lot of young guys want anyways, growing old is garbage. I'm 26 and feel like 36. It sucks. Good luck.

the only anti aging you need is to keep ahold of your hair. skin and nails should be fine on a ray peat diet even without any supplementation. ill say nicotine does cause my skin to age faster. anyways hairloss is twink death i wish i didn't lose my hair so young. im trying to regrow it by just eating a shit ton of carbs, microneedling & applying taurine caffeine zinc and living a chill NEET lifestyle. ive heard ray say progesterone and topical glucose is good for hair.
might try topical minoxidil soon, and i wish i had at least tried it back when i was losing my hair 4 years ago.
gentle scalp massages, gentle hair pulling, and training the muscles on the back and sides of your head can help relieve tension. loosening the neck and trap muscles and doing a little inversion therapy can help with blood flow.

@plombir progesterone would probably be a good idea for the lifestyle I live (male model artist health researcher), I'm fine with becoming a bit feminized.
-
@CHUD DO NOT MINOXIDIL BRAH..... TRY EATING AT LEAST 10 MANGOES A DAY, PREFERABLY MILKSHAKE, LOTS OF SUGAR... MAYBE EAT 5 FROZEN MANGOES SITTING IN THE SUN LISTENING TO RADIO SHOW NAKED & RUB THE REMAINS IN YOUR HAIR, EAT 5 MANGO MILKSHAKE WITH SUGAR BEFORE BED & AFTER BED, GET SOME GELATIN.... WAGMI
-
Eat lots of ice cream and live an ice cream lifestyle
-
@LinDaiyu probably the best advice on the thread
-
@Sugar yeah i know lmao.
Progest-e is a Godsend. especially if you've got decent testosterone levels. Wish I had more on hand at the moment but ordering it in Austria is a huge hassle due to customs.
Its also good to remember it androgynizes you, neotenously.
I'm curious as to what effects it has on the prostate as well.

Glycine, methylene blue, progesterone, vitamin K, T3 have shown the ability to reverse the aging phenotype —in laboratory studies using human cells.
All these are pro-metabolic and improve mitochondrial function.
-
@Chud
Also heard good things about castor oil for hair -
@Veronica only supplement on your list I haven't tried is t3 (I'm super skinny and already have a fast metabolism), glycine was giving me bad sleep so I cut it out.
-
@plombir I've heard some people say testosterone is aging, I'd assume so in excess. I've seen people on longecity talk about trying to emulate a more child like hormonal system with progesterone which I think is risky but could have potential depending on your lifestyle. Men who work manual labor and do farm work would be better off with higher testosterone levels. Artists, writers, any job without high physical demand, would probably be better off leaning higher in progesterone. I doubt they'd become too feminine in appearance or develop gyno with the right dosing but I'm not sure. Still seems very experimental.

Have smaller amounts of glycine throughout the day maybe?
-
Willow bark (Aspirin) is anti-aging.

@Sugar Step 1 will always be nofap. You can always pick out jackersoff by the bags under the eyes, their sallow wrinkled complexion, and the "stressed, frazzled" texture of their hair (if they have any left). The best description I heard of their appearance is "as if they were spiritually jaundiced."
In my experience, each month of nofap is equivalent to approximately one year of de-aging until you reach whatever your baseline is.

I experimented with NR before I discovered Peat but found Thorne's NR to reliably boost my energy levels even on the low carb/intermittent fasting diet I was on. I switched to sublingual NMNs after falling down the Sinclair rabbit hole and found them to be even stronger than the NR capsules.
After Peating for some months, the NMNs no longer hit like they used to. Anyone who is curious about either NR or NMN can safely skip them and focus on Niacinamide and Thiamine instead.
I am considering the addition of CoQ10 which I've neglected until recently.
I'd say that vitamin E and aspirin would be the two most valuable additions to your stack.
-
@AstralPMP I'm surprised there's such a lack of thiamine discussion in the anti aging community. Seems like it could have powerful effects on anti aging. Niacinamide is disregarded by many in the anti aging community but there's some niche fans of niacinamide and even flush niacin.

What is kek mean?
