My little bro is going through a very traumatic break up with his first serious girlfriend. Any suggestions on what to give him as general anxiolytics, sleep aids and brain support? Looking for acute and systemic interventions.

lots of icecream before bed, cypro before bed (1/2 gram max starting). Ray said that when going thru emotional anguish, one can need a virtually constant supply of sugar. So keeping juice/mexican coke on hand, and generous gelatin meals midday, will do a lot to stave the stress response and elevated free fatty acids in the blood.
