        I despise how almost all B-complexes way over dose some of the B vitamins. The only one I’ve found that has appropriate dosing with the best forms of the various vitamins is Naturelo’s.

        The forms on this are good, but the dosing is wack.

                      it is the activated version of b1, not an analogue like allithiamine etc
