Breast milk ideally but I’ve never had a girlfriend and asking your mother for it past toddler years seems odd

Homemade Lucozade from someone on X. Orange juice, sparkling water and salt. Acidity mouth taste doesn't build up throughout the day which is very nice.

I really enjoy ginger tea and ginger beer when I have time to make it. Otherwise, barley tea is really refreshing. Can't seem to find out if there is hordenine in roasted barley but the polyphenols are anti-inflammatory.

Ideally, you would have warmed sugared milk all day but that's sometimes not feasible.

@slimegirls Coconut water is great but Pocari Sweat isn't very peaty due to the lactate used 😞

I've been making lattes with raw milk for awhile now, add in a little honey and its the golden formula.

Red Bull is peaty minus the citric acid. I drink one maybe every other day.

I like seltzer for the CO2 and mineral content. I'm usually accompanied by 3+ beverages.

I finally bought a Sodastream and I've been adding carbonated water to orange juice as well as every tea drink that I make throughout the day.
