Dealing with sugar-induced acne? How to deal with this + acne scars?

Milk with sugar -
@Pooooop Try removing the bread before giving up the milk. that helped many people, including me.
Starches may be potent inflammatory agents in some people -
It could be intestinal irritation from the concentration relative to water and salt. If you drank sugar water at exactly the same concentration you're making with milk it might do the same thing.
Try it with salt too and pay more attention, experiment with the concentration. Also mind the same thing with the fruit juice. And sip through them, don't gobble/gulp.

Homogenised dairy can also be irritating. Experiment with unhomogenised milk if you aren't already.
-
@ThinPicking just don't sip orange juice
-
Why not Shatster, does it lower t?
-
@ThinPicking So do I lower the sugar in my morning milk/nightly milk or so I just add more salt to them both? And how much salt if at all should I add?
-
You've just got to experiment Poop. Think (schizo), perceive (schizo), act (less schizo).
