      Eggs, milk with lots of sugar, toast with jam,

      Lunch/Dinner
      Chicken/beef, Rice/pasta, cooked mushrooms, spinach, fruit juice

      Bedtime:
      Milk with sugar

        @Pooooop Try removing the bread before giving up the milk. that helped many people, including me.
        Starches may be potent inflammatory agents in some people

          It could be intestinal irritation from the concentration relative to water and salt. If you drank sugar water at exactly the same concentration you're making with milk it might do the same thing.

          Try it with salt too and pay more attention, experiment with the concentration. Also mind the same thing with the fruit juice. And sip through them, don't gobble/gulp.

          Depending on the extent you might try not to worry about what you perceive to be scars. You'll be in new skin in 90 days, and a new body in 7 to 10 years. Just be kind to them.

            Homogenised dairy can also be irritating. Experiment with unhomogenised milk if you aren't already.

                  @ThinPicking So do I lower the sugar in my morning milk/nightly milk or so I just add more salt to them both? And how much salt if at all should I add?
