Hey I’ve been gaining weight since starting Peating around 5 kg and my soccer season is coming up. Any advice on how to speed up my metabolism or lose the weight steadily would be really helpful. (Before switching to Peating, I was on Keto about three weeks ago.)

      Routine :
      Morning:
      Olive leaf extract
      Vit e 200 mg
Curcum recommended dosage (I forgot will update later)
Vit k vit d + dmso topically (slightly after vit a)
Vit a + dmso on testicles topically
      Vit b complex
      Royal gelee +propolis

@William-Shat Forget the supplements. Do coke fast all day until dinner.

You can try some short but intense sprints, doesn't have to be more than 3 or 4 at a time. A good way to change your body composition and it will also benefit your football training.

War is when a government tells the people who is the enemy. Revolution is when the people work it out for themselves.

@risingfire It seems like i tolerate it pretty well (Unlike when applying to my chest, where it itches like hell), or do you believe it is dangerous/harfmful to the testicle? Please let me know🫨

@risingfire It's not bad, DMSO tends to only causes irritation on dry skin, and testicles have no dry skin and are usually very sfot.
